Join Jason Gibbons, executive chef for Break Bread Hospitality and overseer of Zelo on Nicollet Mall, Bacio in Minnetonka, and Vivo Kitchen in Apple Valley.
March 5, 5 – 9 pm
Meet and greet Marshall Paulsen, chef for Birchwood Café, known for their seasonal, locally-grown produce & meats. Enjoy Paulsen’s two new small plates that will join the Gather menu for March.
April 2, 5 – 9 pm
Join Steven Hesse, chef de cuisine of Libertine in Uptown and formerly the corporate chef at Masu Sushi & Robata and executive chef at Uptown Cafeteria.
