Each month Gather by D'Amico invites a guest chef to bring their culinary magic to the guests of our restaurant. We have had many award winning chefs that have been nationally recognized for their creativity and ingenuity. Take a moment and peruse a bit of our culinary history.
Adam King joined D'Amico in 2002 and was quickly promoted to Head Chef at Lurcat becoming a protégé of D'Amico Executive Chef Jay Sparks. He's a Twin Cities native and was profiled in the August 2011 issue of MINNESOTA MONTHLY. King's education includes a Bachelor's degree in English Literature at Montana State University.
